We are currently accepting applications for our exciting Internship Programme

Summer 2019 intake – 10 weeks

Our Internship programme is designed to nurture talent and develop individuals who have the potential to go on to become graduate trainees and be a part of our continued success story.

We will provide you with a comprehensive training programme which includes workshops on asset management which are suitable for those with and without industry knowledge. During your time with us you will be paired with a ‘buddy’ who will act as an informal support contact. You will also be invited to networking and social events and will have the opportunity to get actively involved with our corporate responsibility programme.

Application Criteria

You do not need to have studied a finance related degree to apply; we are looking for candidates who fit with our culture, have strong numeracy skills, the ability to think both analytically and critically about problems, have great communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team. You will need to be:

  • Enrolled on an undergraduate degree and in your penultimate year of study
  • On track to receive a minimum of a 2:1 degree in any subject area. (Please note you will need to have a good level of maths to join the investment teams, this will be tested as part of your application)
  • Be able to show a keen interest in asset management and a growing knowledge of the industry
