Senior Client Services Analyst, Investment Management
Our client, is an impressive asset management firm headquartered in London with offices globally. This high profiled dynamic Client Account Management/Client On-boarding opportunity will join a rapidly growing client services team providing dedicated support to Senior Client Directors, Relationship Managers and their clients.
Candidates will demonstrate first class institutional client servicing skills to act as first point of contact for a complex portfolio of clients to include insurance companies, financial institutions, pension funds and corporate investors offering complexity and enormous exposure.
Prior experience project managing end to end client transition activity requiring a detailed understanding of KYC, AML & regulatory requirements . In addition, in this role you will provide dedicated support to Senior Client Directors & Relationship Managers offering career progression to top performers.
Technical ability and prior experience agreeing & coordinating transition project plans for clients internally and externally will be utilised as will your expertise in working with legal documentation such as the production and sign off of IMA's, guidelines, fees, ISDAs and CSAs etc.
Working in a varied capacity, with enormous scope you will produce bespoke reporting for clients, you will have opportunities to instigate and deliver ad-hoc projects to improve processes and ensure regulatory readiness. In this client facing role you will also attend client events and offsite client meetings acting as the operational SME.
This role will suit degree educated Client Services specialists coming from an investment management firm looking to continue to work in a technical capacity. This role will suit those looking to commence or complete CFA or equivalent qualifications.
