You Offer
Recommended
• Proven track record of minimum [3+] years of experience in sales & advisory or in trading activities
• Professional skills; specific technical expertise across some/all asset classes and the respective instruments/products (equity, interest rate, FX markets, other derivatives as well as macro-economics, finance theory, portfolio management and asset allocation)
• Ability to identify clients' investment needs and to provide quality regulated advise, updates on financial markets developments
• First class presentation and communication skills; able to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders
• Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high performance culture
• A team player with the highest professional work ethic and standards who is decisive, innovative and able to cope under pressure
• Providing clients with a primary, independent trading partner in traditional assets such as equities, Fixed Income, FX. Able to provide access to a wide range of listed and OTC FX derivates, funds and structured products.
• Comprehensive understanding of client goals and risk tolerance
• Collaborate continuously with product teams, UHNWI solution departments, Asset Management and IB
• Ability to challenge clients in a positive and professional manner
• Proven risk management ability, high level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
• Degree from a university plus RDR Level 4 certification is a mandatory requirement. CFA or equivalent is an advantage
• Fluent in English and conversant in any other language is an advantage (in view of client coverage)
