Senior Analyst/ Junior Associate

We are looking for a Senior Analyst/ Junior Associate with circa two years of experience at an investment bank, project finance team at a major bank, Big Four advisory, credit rating agency or model auditor specialists. You will be working in small transaction teams of two, directly supporting one of the four managing partners. The team operates on a flat hierarchy and the new hire will have an exceptional opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the investment process with a performance-based remuneration structure. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation of investment memorandums for potential private debt investments.
• Modelling and sizing of different debt structures, and sensitivity analysis on financial models.
• Assisting team members in the transaction document flow: drafting and review of confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, regulatory filings, KYC packs, settlement process and team credentials.
• Industry and economic research to support transaction teams on specific credits.
• Review of due diligence materials and perform financial analyses.
• Maintenance of up-to-date monitoring files and data on existing investments.
• Assisting in the creation and administration of marketing materials and investor presentations.
• Helping with the management of the existing investment portfolio, including monthly reporting.

Location: London, Oxford Circus

Other requirements: Demonstrable interest in infrastructure and investing. Ability to work on several work streams in parallel. Comfortable to work directly with senior team members. Fluency in European languages will be an advantage.
