Twenty Financial Services are currently working with a leading Global Asset Manager who is looking for an Equity Portfolio Investment Analyst to join their team. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality portfolio data to front office teams as well as improving the process for the Equity Investment Book of Record (IBOR)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ownership of global operation of providing an accurate investment book of record to global portfolio managers
  • Analyse cash flows, transaction and portfolio holdings data to ensure accurate calculation of data
  • Fosters effective communication with all external and internal partners to resolve all issues
  • Researches and resolves problems independently in order to maintain integrity of all portfolio inputs
  • Involvement in project work aimed at supporting the implementation of processes related to IBOR
  • Good understanding around domestic and international portfolio policies and regulations
  • Ownership for the maintenance, verification and reporting of data surrounding equity IBOR

Experience:

  • Up to 3 experience within operations/Middle Office ideally Corporate Actions
  • Bachelors degree
  • CFA or IMC would be beneficial
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Access
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of different investment products and instruments
