- Creating detailed financial models for valuation purposes

- Conducting analysis of the existing business and capability portfolio to support future recommendations
- Supporting identification, analysis, evaluation and end-to-end execution of potential disposals of non-core businesses
- Preparing marketing documents and management presentations
- Support pre- and post-deal planning and structuring
- Support the post-disposal separation, transition and organisational (re)design activities
- Support post-acquisition transition and integration
- Support approach readiness planning and preparation
Your qualifications and experience will include:
- • Degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent experience
- • Financial qualifications (e.g. ACA/ CFA) would be preferable
- • Significant experience in M&A deal execution both on the buy and sell side
- • The ability to run the complete transaction process
- • Exposure to the Aerospace & Defence sector would be beneficial but not essential
