Company background:

Our client is a hedge fund with $10 bn+ AuM working within the fundamental equities space producing top tier returns. The role will work closely with the portfolio and fund managers. The post holder will come from either a top tier equity research, M&A or leveraged finance role.

Main duties of the role:

• Creating and defending investment ideas to colleagues and managers

• Researching the market and assessing relevant stocks/equities

• Working closely with fund managers to generate fund ideas

• Having a hands-on role with all trades

The successful candidate must follow the following criteria:

• CFA candidate

• 1-2 years investment finance experience

• A clear passion and willingness to develop within the equity research space

• Postgraduate study in economics, finance, banking or relevant field
