You will partner with the Global Head of Distribution, CIO, CEO, and other business heads to set and shape the direction of the business.
Organic: you will research markets, competitors, and macro events to help create business plans and market entry strategies for the growth of business whilst also re-organising existing functions where necessary. The business already has a global presence and is keen to continue it's already developing work in Asia and the US to compliment its thriving EMEA operations.
Inorganic: you will select team lifts and acquisitions in order to grow the business, supervising change and implementation teams in order to oversee assimilation into the business.
Ideal background:

Ideal background:
- Outstanding academics are essential - a degree from a top university, ideally coupled with further education (CFA/MBA/ACA).
- Experience in a relevant role: eg. Strategy Consulting, M&A for a top bank, a similar role at an asset manager etc.
- Outstanding communication and diplomacy skills in order to win hearts and minds in the business and work with a range of senior stakeholders.
