Description

Key accountabilities:

• Technical subject matter expert for performance, attribution, and risk analytics
• Accountability for client reporting and validation of investigations carried out by the Operations team
• Oversight of service implementations
• Technical sales support for new business, including RFP submissions
• Investigating and developing new product initiatives, as well as process improvements
• Improving the client experience; oversight of operational deliverables, investigation of client issues and technical training for the Operations teams

Qualifications

Key skills and experience:

• Postgraduate studies (CFA or FRM) or progress toward completion
• Extensive years of experience working in a dedicated Performance Analytics team calculating equity or fixed income attribution
• Strong technical knowledge of performance analytics methodologies and ex-ante risk analytics
• Experience re-engineering processes and proven problem solving skills
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to VBA
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience of Asset Management with unit pricing and fund accounting is preferred
