Operations Project Manager

The role requires experience of working across the Operational structure of an Investment management organisation, including a demonstrable history of participating in and leading the successful implementation of projects and process enhancements. Reporting into the Head of Investment Operations and interacting with global stakeholders you will be expected to take control of and lead projects which will impact the organisation globally, alongside working within larger projects.

Required Skills

• Minimum of four years experience successfully participating in/managing projects within Investment Operations.
• Undergraduate degree of equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Demonstrated experience of Equities and Fixed Income.
• Ideally a holder of a full CFA or working towards.
• Strong knowledge and skills using current versions of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills able to liaise with internal and external clients at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others. Ability to interact successfully and build strong working relationships with various internal and external groups daily. Ability to lead initiatives to desired conclusion.
• Knowledge of Charles River (CRD), Aladdin would be advantageous for this position.

£55,000 p/a plus generous bonus and benefits. Based in London
