Maintain a structured set of information on each relevant country. Evaluate the likely impact of changes in DC regulation and market practice to identify potential future Retirement opportunities. Ensure that all relevant regulatory change is identified and reviewed to see if this change is a business risk or catalyst as an opportunity.

• Retirement Strategic Capability: Maintain the Retirement Strategic Capability websites (internal & external); work with the Strategic Capability Product Executive and oversee all relevant collateral and materials. The role holder will be the 'point person' for questions and requests in respect of these materials and in respect of the retirement segment of Global Investor Survey.

• DC/Retirement solutions design: Develop materials to support DC/Retirement opportunities, whether used in client & prospect meetings, conferences, press, media meetings. Maintain the DC/Retirement slide library.

• DC/Retirement Business Development: Support the on-going development of launched Retirement/DC business initiatives, by developing specific materials for the relevant initiative such as on-going reporting, presentation and client communication material (for example the Canadian Target Date Fund range)

• Thought Leadership: Carry out research to support the production of DC/Retirement Capability thought leadership; working closely with the Research & Analytics Team and the wider Portfolio Solutions team (where modelling is required).

The role holder will be required to demonstrate enthusiasm and aptitude across these elements. The role offers flexibility as there is the potential to work on a broad range of projects over time and develop towards a strategist role.
