VC Investment Manager/Senior Associate required by London based Venture Capital fund that specialises in investing in emerging technologies focused around the blockchain and Web 3.0. This person will be joining the senior leadership team and play a vital role in defining key parts of the investment process.

VC Investment Manager/Senior Associate required by London based Venture Capital fund that specialises in investing in emerging technologies focused around the blockchain and Web 3.0. This person will be joining the senior leadership team and play a vital role in defining key parts of the investment process.
In your role as a member of the investment team, you can expect to be responsible for the following key areas:
- Business Strategy, Technology, and Financial review and assessment of investment opportunities
- Term Sheet Negotiation
- Valuation
- Deal Structuring and Execution
- Financial, Operational, Commercial Due Diligence
- Investment Case development
In order to be considered for a highly unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of industry experts, they would like to see the following if possible:
- Interest in digital assets and/or blockchain technologies
- Previous experience working in Venture Capital or Private Equity (preferably with a focus on technology investments)
- An understanding of the IoT/Web 3.0
- CFA qualification preferred but not essential
