TMT Corporate Finance M&A Advisory (VP or Director)

My client is a globally operating, top ten, mid-market M&A Advisory firm. We are working with their Technlogy, Media and Telecoms team. They work upon mid-market M&A Advisory deals, often cross border. Due to increasing deal flow this team are looking to hire a VP or Director level individual to join this great team in London.

We are interested in speaking with:

Mid-Market M&A Investment Bankers
ACA Corporate Financiers from Lead Advisory teams from Accountancy firms
M&A Advisors, Senior Associates or VP's who want to gain exposure to mid-market deals and more client interaction

The role requires:

• 7 years plus M&A Advisory experience
• Full deal lifecycle experience
• Strong TMT sector experience
• Ability to lead junior team members
• Good financial modelling skills
• Any CFA or ACA would be preferential yet not essential
• Full UK work permit
