Product management / development experience within financial services. Ideally within Corporate Trust.
Financial markets knowledge a must, direct experience in debt capital markets and / or qualifications such as CFA.
Technology focussed with business analyst (or similar) background. Experience working on developing solutions or products for financial services would be very beneficial.
Candidate will need to be able to be able to take an idea from conception through to implementation. This will include performing market research, formulating the solution / product from both a technology, business and risk perspective, pitching and getting approval and resource to support the product development, driving the various stakeholders through the product development lifecycle, launching the product and working with marketing and the front office to position the product in the market.
Candidate will also be responsible for a set of existing products and will be expected to be fully aware of all market developments and be able to share their insights both internally and externally through multiple channels including conference speaking, white papers / thought leadership, blogs and social media.
The ability to work with clients and the front office to both position existing products and solution for new products is key. Client focus is a must.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelors' degree or the equivalent combination of educationand experience is required.
Advanced/graduatedegree preferred.
Proven experience in financial services
Experience in Product Management, operations, clientmanagement preferred.
MBA or CFA preferred.
Product Leadership Certification preferred.
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications asrequired by the business.
APAC experience would be beneficial
Exposure to Insurance and insurance products would be preferred
