Equity Analyst - Long Only Asset Manager

This role will involve generating and researching potential investment ideas. As part of a small team, you will be working closely with a group of experienced fund managers and actively involved in the investment decision making.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify investment opportunity through detailed company, sector and market analysis
• Construct financial models and financial analysis
• Develop and maintain investment idea generation screens
• Arrange and attend company meetings
• Assist in portfolio trading activities

Candidate Profile:

• Degree from a top tier university (no degree subject constraints)
• 2-5 years' equity research experience on the buy-side
• Genuine interest and passion for investing
• Preferably working towards CFA
• A strong intellectual curiosity in how businesses operate
• Strong numerical and analytical problem solving skills
• Confidence and skills to present own views and opinions
