With 500 portfolios to keep balanced, attention to detail is critical; it is not anticipated you will have exposure to American markets, but will have a good understanding of investment management and the desire to learn and be trained into this role.
Duties will include:
You have a Level 4 CISI and are working towards CFA, but are easily able to demonstrate your interest in investment management.
Attributes the team are seeking is someone who would naturally describe themselves as analytical, adaptable, a problem solver who is solutions minded and understands the importance of keeping detailed records
Duties will include:
- Placing trades so attention to detail is vital to ensure 2019 target are met, if not exceeded!
- Keeping portfolios balanced so an interest, probably from work history, studies or both in mathematics, economics or engineering would be welcomed
- Extensive use of Excel so you would need a high understanding of this - including how to manipulate data with ease
- Working across multiple time zones, given this role covers the Americas so a willingness to be available outside classic office hours will speed up your understanding of the role
