Transaction Manager - Infrastructure Fund

• Support, as necessary, the activities of Asset management and Originatiion senior management, especially through the various stages of a transaction process and then into subsequent operational activities
• Participating in the financial and commercial structuring of transactions either as part of a bid, subsequent refinancing, asset acquisition or disposal or other commercial development
• Manage the interface between all input models and the financial models
• Analysing, auditing, developing financial models developed by financial advisors
• Provide a high quality business advisory support and general transaction resource to the Asset Management team and Origination
• Performing sensitivity analysis on financial models.
• Support, as necessary, the compilation of Board approval
• Provide reports on internal issues such as valuation/refinancing of specific concessions already operating etc.

CFA ICAB ACA CIMA Qualified you will have strong credit, analysis and documentation experience wtihin a project finance PPP business. This could be from a bank, developer, advisory or fund environment.

• Must be numerate, literate and present a positive confident image
• Self-motivated and able to bring original thought to the transaction process
• Graduate or equivalent intellectual ability
• Excellent presentation and inter-personal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels especially to senior management
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of integrity and confidence amongst work colleagues both internal and external
• Must be flexible and have the ability to deal with several tasks at the same time with a keen eye for detail
• Must be good at working under pressure and striking the right balance between working on own initiative and consulting with others when problems arise.
• Must be able to complete priority tasks to a high standard on schedule
