Equity Analyst - Global Long Short Fund - London

The is looking for someone that has either an ACA or FCA qualification and has passed them at the first attempt, in addition to this you will need to have graduated with a good grade from a Russel group or equivalent university. Whilst you don't need to have a background in public equity research your academics must be exceptional. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the world's best hedge fund managers.

In order to apply you must have:

• A CFA or ACA qualification with first time passes - note that candidates from outside pf the buyside will be considered with the correct academics
• A 2:1 degree from a top rated university
• 2-3 years' experience in a reputable buyside / private equity / sell side position

Within this position you will be responsible for:

• Bottom up fundamental equity analysis across a number of different sectors and geographies
• Modelling, forecasting and updating company models
• Meeting with company management and making recommendations to portfolio managers on positions in the fund in both Long and short positions.
