The role would suit someone with a strong academic background and some experience within asset management. This could be across client reporting, investment data or performance or similar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of performance, attribution and analytics for funds. It's a fantastic opportunity to get into an interesting area of asset management and the company will also sponsor study towards professional qualifications (CFA, IMC).

Background of the Junior Performance Analyst:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of performance, attribution and analytics for funds. It's a fantastic opportunity to get into an interesting area of asset management and the company will also sponsor study towards professional qualifications (CFA, IMC).
Some of the duties will include:
- Converting the investment strategy into meaningful analytical output to support portfolio managers.
- Developing and delivering attribution reporting to be utilized by investment professionals, product teams and external customers
- Producing high quality standard performance attributions and client reports to meet daily, monthly and quarterly deadlines.
- Providing accurate and timely performance measurement data (also responding to ad hoc queries), primarily for Fixed Income funds.
Background of the Junior Performance Analyst:
- Ideally degree educated, or with equivalent skills and experience.
- A working knowledge of Fixed Income, Money Markets and Derivatives
- Basic/Intermediate knowledge of both the theory and practice of performance measurement, fixed income analytics, attribution analysis and ex-post risk.
- Good quantitative skills and intermediate level of Microsoft Excel (ideally basic VBA knowledge).
