Client Relationship Officer, London (Russian Speaking)

Redstone Private Banking Search are currently working with a Swiss pure play private bank who are looking for a client relationship officer to join their UHNW Russian desk in London

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Working alongside a team of five private bankers being the point of entry for all operational requests from the team or clients
• Lead the account opening process taking into consideration the regulatory specificities that drive the documentation requirements
• Ensure a strict follow up of documentation by contacting clients in coordination with the relationship managers
• Manage documentation flows (archiving and processing physical and electronic forms)
• Lead KYC information gathering where required and update complementary documents in the systems when needed
• Process payments and transfers while ensuring call backs are systematically performed and support for other transactional activity where needed

Key Qualifications / Experience

• At least three years' experience working in an established wealth manager or private banking institution
• Understanding of client documentation and internal processes within wealth management
• Financial qualification (CISI, CFA, IMC) are desirable but not essential
• To be fluent in English and Russian
• Located in London and be within commuting distance of W1 area
