The European Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice to looking bring on board a Director into its Valuation and M&A team. The work of the Valuation and M&A team is varied and includes the Valuation of corporates primarily in the context of financial restructurings and transactions; debt valuation; and, the provision of M&A advisory services to corporates and lenders.
As a Director in the firm, you will have a central role on projects, taking day-to-day responsibility for delivery, organisation of the work into streams, and the effective us of Consultants and Senior Consultants. Typically, you will develop the approach to projects, or parts of large projects, and will be responsible for anticipating, identifying and resolving issues and keeping the overall project lead informed of progress. As a Director, you are also responsible for the preparation of formal reports, including their structure and content.

This role isn't with a Big 4 or Top 10 accountancy firm, however, if you're currently in a senior Valuations role with one of the big 4/top 10 firms, your profile is likely going to be a great fit for this role.

Key requirements for the position:
- A minimum of 8 years of Valuation experience across sectors of varying sizes
- M&A and Restructuring experience is also preferred, however, not essential
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams
- Experience in delivering and managing valuation work
- Business development and revenue generation experience
- Experience in report writing
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) from a top tier university
- ACA, CFA, or other equivalent qualification (preferably)

- Good knowledge of Excel and manipulation/analysis of diverse data sets
