Associate Director - Banking and Finance

The company requires a strong personality, business orientated person who can quickly analyse and respond to new areas of investment.

Principal Accountabilities

• Analyse Corporate M&A situations

• Provide risk management analysis with extensive sensitivity analysis
• Review and plan funding arrangements

• Assess the credit worthiness of potential tenants and approve/reject lease terms where appropriate

• Provide support to CEO when performance updates and forecasts are required by Banks
• Ad-hoc reporting on finance options and strategies, including hedging arrangements
• Perform non-financial analysis/research on new or existing projects as directed by the CEO/Client

The successful candidate

• Relevant degree - Maths, Economics, Business Studies, Accounting
• Experience in a relevant organisation - Bank, Accountancy firm, Private Equity
• An understanding of finance and banking, corporate acquisition and property investment essential
• Excellent Modelling skills - real estate cashflows and Corporate M&A
• Ideally CFA qualified (and/or ACA)
