Position Description:

The Head of EMEA Trade Support at PIMCO will manage the support functions for the London and Munich trade floors and interact directly with senior portfolio management and the European Chief Investment Officer (CIO). He / she will report to the MD in charge of Business Management and work closely with senior Operations management globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This individual will be responsible for:

Portfolio Associate teams in London and Munich
European Cash and Collateral Management team
European Pricing and Corporate Actions
European Bank Oversight
MIFID Cost and Charges reporting
Key Vendor Management

Position Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience of a trading environment, either as a trader or at a senior operational level.
  • Experience of fixed income, derivatives and forex
  • Player/coach style, providing leadership while getting involved in the detail as required
  • Ability to think strategically while dealing with the day-to-day
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, precise, and actionable/solutions oriented manner
  • Ability to develop and maintain global relationships with peers and to share information as required to ensure the success of the organization.
  • Risk-oriented with strong attention to detail and low bar for errors
