Our client is a market leading mid-market private equity firm with over £5bn of Assets Under Management and a global portfolio. The firm is well established and has been in operation for almost 30 years

Description

• Financial modelling and valuation on potential investments, primarily in the Benelux region

• Managing due diligence work flows for live transactions

• Supporting senior partners on the execution of transactions

• Market research for potential investments and bolt-on acquisitions

Profile

• Corporate finance transaction experience within an investment bank or accounting firm

• Ideally transaction experience within the Benelux region

• Excellent financial modelling proficiency

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong numerical and quantitative skillset

• Strong academic results (MSc, CFA an advantage)
