Institutional Relationship Manager

Our client has an open position in their Institutional Team for a Relationship Manager.

• They are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with a clear understanding of mutual funds and strong product knowledge
• Our client is also looking for experience dealing and establishing relationships with large institutional clients - looking to take over some big accounts and establish some more. Managing consultant relationships is also part of the remit.
• Someone with a natural tendency to lead from the front.

This is a unique opportunity to contribution to the teams expansion and you will be directly responsible for diversification and growth within the business. There is already a big book of clients to be handled. The successful candidate will need to be a good team player, as well as leading the strategy and team in the future. They be able to juggle a multitude of tasks, have a strong eye for detail and be proactive and innovative in their approach to supporting the sales and client needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• You will have 4+ years' experience within Investment Management. Our client is open minded where this comes from; but a proactive nature and excellent product experience is key
• IMC - CFA advantageous
• Excellent writing and communications skills
• Excellent bonus structure
