The objective of this role, which reports to directly to the Head of the EMEA office, is to help expand and deepen the company's relationships within the Middle East. The core function will be the development of existing and the introduction of new clients and prospects to our investment offering.

You must be able to discuss the sophisticated investment solutions as it is critical to working with and influencing our clients. Just as important, the Business Development Director must have a strong sales ability and a network within the Middle East region.

This role would suit somebody with an extensive network within the Middle East who enjoys a more consultative sales approach, can communicate complex ideas effectively and who enjoys developing strong long-lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Have direct responsibility for key client relationships and development of new business
• Consult with new and existing clients on building an efficient practice while providing a successful investment experience
• Increase revenues, AUM and clients within the Middle East
• Assist new business and current clients in developing their understanding our investment process and its application to real world scenarios
• Present at conferences and seminars as well as key industry events
• Be a spokesperson and champion of a prestigious brand and investment theory throughout the industry and marketplace.
• Engaging asset influencers and consultants in our key sales channels

Key characteristics & Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree; MBA or CFA is preferred
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred
• Strong consultative sales abilities in maintaining relationships as well as targeting new clients resulting in new business and raising assets
• Must have extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry covering the Middle East
• Ability to present complex products and solutions to small and large groups
• Willingness to travel regularly
