Investment Associate or Investment Manager - Family Office

Our client is a well-capitalised single family office with a focus on well-established UK mid-market private equity opportunities. They partner with strong management teams to create value and typically take a minority interest up to £200m EV.

Description

• Financial modelling and valuation on potential investments

• Managing due diligence work flows for live transactions

• Assisting senior members on the execution of transactions and portfolio management

• Market research for potential investments across growth equity and mid-market opportunities

Profile

• Corporate finance transaction experience within an investment bank, accounting firm, or private equity firm

• Ideally transaction experience across the Consumer/TMT sectors

• Excellent financial modelling proficiency

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong numerical and quantitative skillset

• Strong academic results (MSc, CFA an advantage)
