Principal Responsibilities:
- Interface with sell side research, industry participants and company representatives to screen investment ideas and help manage information flow with them
- Perform industry / sector analysis
- Conduct investment forecasting and valuation analyses
- Monitoring markets
- Gathering market data and preparing screens to track and analyse trends in stocks
- Generate trading ideas for the team through research projects
Skills Requirements:
- A number of years' experience in within a buy-side focussed Equity Research role
- Strong academic background. CFA / MBA advantageous
- Strong modelling skills - building and maintaining models
- Quick learner, detail oriented; demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work
- Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressured, constantly changing environment
