Within a Global Asset Manager, the role reports to the Head of CRM. The role will essentially combine data and client services. This new role will be liaising with Product specialists and technical sales people (CFA). People who have gone in there have been impressed with the technical knowledge of the people in the company.

Responsibilities.

• Supporting senior members of the CRM team snd the Head.

• Update Salesforce as applicable with client and performance information.

• Provide assistance and input in Request for Proposals (RFP) submissions and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) on occasion.

• Liaise with Sales, Business development and Product Specialists

Requirements

Strong academics from higher education through to degree level at a top University (or equivalent)

Knowledge of Salesforce

Strong Excel skills (essential)

Preferred

IMC, CFA or industry recognised qualifications

Experience working in financial services in a business development function

Experience with CRM functioning systems.
