Investment Professional - Private Equity, Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

Focuses on Value-Add investments in fringe London locations, generating strong returns from asset enhancing strategies that repurpose real estate in an intelligent manner
Manage post acquisition strategies and monitor ongoing performance of investments
Build strong relationships and analyse external funds and companies
Carry out broader industry and thematic research and develop an understanding of current market trends
Identify, acquire, finance and structure new opportunities including real estate portfolios, listed and non listed vehicles, NPLs and takeover opportunities of existing businesses.
Identify potential Real Estate investments across all sectors
Maintain and improve internal analysis, reporting and controls around existing investments and portfolios
Launch new funds in line with the business strategy
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to enhance the investment offering.

Essential Requirements

Strong academic track record and educated to a degree level
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a private equity environment
Knowledge of UK Real Estate is essential
CFA is desirable but must be studying towards the qualification as a minimum
Prior knowledge of the Private Equity industry is essential
High level of ability to multi-task and prioritise issues as they arise
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders internally and externally
