About the role
This is a key role which will report to the Product & Change Director.
The Product Associate will assist the Product Team in fulfilling its main objectives, being;
You will also play a key part in the product maintenance and management as well as supporting the customer outcomes forum.

- (i) to proactively manage the OMGI pooled fund range throughout its lifecycle and
- (ii) to design, develop and launch funds suitable for distribution by the Quilter group of companies.
You will also play a key part in the product maintenance and management as well as supporting the customer outcomes forum.
About you
We are looking for someone who has the following skills;
- Educated to A level or equivalent (degree level preferable but not required).
- IMC or CFA qualifications or equivalent useful but not essential.
- Experience in a product role.
- Strong organisation, time and project management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills demonstrated by an ability to credibly liaise with senior management as well as developing good working relationships with colleagues.
- A proactive approach to resolving issues as well as identifying new development opportunities.
