The Mark Anthony Group has experienced dramatic growth over the last 5 years with 50%+ annual sales growth. It is the largest private alcoholic beverage company in Canada and soon to be one of the top 10 global alcoholic beverage companies in the world.

Due to our tremendous growth, we are seeking a Finance Manager, Investments & Risk to provide support and oversight over Mark Anthony Group’s investment and risk assets. Based in Vancouver, B.C. you will be responsible for overseeing the investment portfolio, which includes due diligence, valuation assessment and private equity transactions, assess financial (insurance) risk, support mergers and acquisition activities, and other projects within the Vancouver Corporate Finance Group.

What You Will Do:
• Accounting and Financial statement preparation for Investments
• Determine ROI, IRR for the investment portfolio
• Utilize, evaluate and implement software tools to support investment reporting
• Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support
• Assess risk and provide financial advice on mergers and acquisitions, valuations or private equity transactions
• Conduct due diligence investigations
• Complete reporting, create models and forecasts
• Prepare reports and projections based on financial data
• Report results in clear and informative ways
• Be flexible and be prepared to take on other finance projects (e.g. IT integration issues, dashboards, financial planning & analytics, etc.)

What You Have:
• One or more of the following degrees:
  Business Administration, Finance or a similar field
  Master of Business Administration
  CPA
  Law degree
  CFA
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance or an investment banking position
• Valuation, forecasting, and modeling experience
• Microsoft super user (excel, word, PowerPoint)
