M&A Analyst - Insurance

end-to-end deal process, acquiring businesses within the Insurance sector to complement their offering.
This role is well-suited to a candidate who has either post qualified experience within Mergers and Acquisition, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance, or a recently Qualified ACA from a Big 4 Audit team with exceptional modelling and analytical skills.

Key Duties:

• Involvement with the end-to-end M&A process
• Due diligence on potential Insurance acquisitions
• Developing strong relationships with target clients
• Responsible for producing highly detailed models to assist investment decisions

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Qualified Professional (ACA, CFA etc) from a Big 4 firm
• Able to produce highly accurate work within tight deadlines
• M&A experience, ideally within Insurance
• High energy, with the desire to venture out of your comfort zone
