My client is a reputable global asset manager who is seeking an individual experienced in operations. This role will focus on providing support for oversight of key service providers and third-party advisors of the multi manager funds, giving you exposure to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with global on-site operational due diligence and recommending action to external managers
Oversight of key metrics and queries from managers and service providers
Working closely with internal teams (e.g. Investment, Legal, Investment Risk and Compliance) to ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve escalated risks.
Assist with periodic monitoring of investment managers, ensuring that relationships are being managed effectively.
Coordinating regular reviews of ODD product content and coverage, e.g. in line with regulatory changes
Requirements:
Previous experience of Operational Due Diligence
Experience in oversight of external providers.
Good understanding of the investment management compliance and regulatory environment.
At least 2.1 degree or equivalent in Business, Law, Economics, Finance or a related subject
Professional qualifications such as CFA or IMC, desirable
