Transfer Agency Oversight Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the skills and knowledge required to act as a Platform Oversight Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Administration of the Platform Oversight mailbox, providing responses where possible and dealing with high priority escalations
• Issue management, including but not limited to: investigation, communication, escalation and remediation
• Timely completion of daily control checklist tasks with a high level of attention to detail
• Managing the day-to-day relationship with outsourced service providers
• Providing assistance with investigating Risk Events and breaches
• Creation and revision of procedures relating to processes undertaken by the team
• Remain aware of opportunities to improve the team's oversight and controls
• • Evaluating reports and service metrics from the outsourced service providers to ensure SLA's are met
• Ad-hoc projects work

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience within a buy-side asset management house
• Experience within an operations oversight role
• Experience with a retail investment platform highly preferential
• Knowledge and understanding of internal control practices
• Detailed knowledge of industry regulations (CASS, COBS etc)
• Experience in workflow analysis and documentation
• Solid analytical skills and understanding of processes, technology and operational concepts
• Good at analysing and solving problems and adapting to change
• Strong proficiency with Excel
• CISI and CFA qualifications desirable
