Our client, an impressive boutique asset manager hugely respected in the industry, has a rare and fantastic opportunity which will appeal to both experienced Equity Fund Managers Assistants and Equity Performance Analyst's looking to take the next step supporting and representing FRONT OFFICE for an assigned portfolio of Equity investment strategies.
Supporting Front Office and acting as first point of contact for the business, the Equity Investment Liaison will provide support to the investment desks to include Portfolio Managers, Portfolio Specialists and Research Analysts working in a varied capacity as well as providing a variety of investment data relating to international portfolios which will be used by the Portfolio Managers as part of the decision-making process. This role will also analyse & provide portfolio and performance data to the Sales & Marketing teams which will be presented in investment proposals for client meetings.
In this role, the Equity Investment Liaison will keep abreast with the portfolio managers investment philosophy, strategies and products for Equity by working closely with the Portfolio Managers, attending daily investment strategy meetings, studying investment guidelines, reviewing marketing materials and producing investment packs for example.
To be considered, candidates will bring come from an FMA or an EQUITY PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT background or will bring transferable skills gained from an asset management firm and be educated to degree level. Strong Excel skills are also required and professional qualifications such as CFA will be supported.
