Investment Strategy / Proposition Manager - DC Pensions/Workplace Investing

Our client is a leading global firm with a strong defined contribution and workplace investing business.They are seeking a high calibre Investment Strategy & Proposition Manager to focus on the development of their overall investment and product strategy and proposition for their corporate pension clients and members. The role will have a strong ESG/Sustainability focus as a current theme.

Key responsibilities include:

• contributing to the strategic development of their investment proposition for their corporate DC pension clients
• promoting sustainability/ESG concepts and investment strategies as part of their wider investment propostion
• working with key stakeholders to develop the strategic direction of the investment proposition using detailed client, market and competitor insights
• keeping up to date on EU and UK pension regulations relating to investment funds
• identifying opportunities for the investment proposition positioning including product definition, target markets and key features

The successful candidate will possess strong multi-asset investment experience (CFA desirable) and ideally a good understanding of the retirement / retail pensions market. Previous experience is likely to be as an investment consultant, a multi-asset investment analyst or similar role. Candidates are also likely to have a keen interest in ESG, excellent verbal communication and writing skills and the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple deadlines and projects in a pressurised environment.
