Main responsibilities:

  • Play a senior role in collaborating with distribution within geographic region
  • Assist in developing the strategic plan for sales
  • Generate and retain assets within product suite by engaging investors across all client channels - build and manage pipeline of potential investors
  • Manage and cultivate key institutional, retail client and investment consultant relationships, and develop Alternative sales through those contacts
  • Identify and source unique opportunities (strategic advisory, joint ventures, partnerships, managed accounts, etc.)
  • Work as a strategic advisor providing advanced expertise and insights regarding firms' capabilities to key distribution partners and more sophisticated clients
  • Be involved in client facing meetings and actively engage in research and portfolio discussions and marketing content development to win new Alternatives Investment Solutions mandates


Required:
  • Extensive experience selling private credit or specialist credit sales and proven ability in business development and client relationships preferred
  • A high energy level and drive to succeed coupled with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Understanding of key alternative asset classes including credit
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA and/or CFA/CAIA preferred
  • Language skills advantageous
