Our client is a leading global asset manager. They are seeking a high calibre Institutional Client Relationship Director to focus on managing relationships with clients invested in their ESG fund range.
Key responsibilities include; build strong relationships with existing clients and maximise retention of ESG assets, identify opportunities to cross-sell, convert potential business development opportunities, drive client engagement, develop strong knowledge of our client's ESG funds, deliver exceptional client servicing, help to develop ESG related thought leadership, pitch material and marketing collateral, maintain a thorough knowledge of key competitors and ESG related market trends.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess a proven background in institutional business development, relationship management, product or investment consulting, a keen interest in ESG investing, a good understanding of global institutional ESG investment trends/opportunities, excellent relationship building, networking and influencing skills, a global mindset and the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple deadlines in a pressurised environment. The CFA is desirable.
