Responsibilities:

Key member of the Performance Analytics team to supporting the product return by providing the Aladdin attribution and contributions reporting for M&G Plc Funds Delivering performance reports on a timely basis with a high level of accuracy Dealing with ad-hoc and bespoke requests from Fund Managers, Client Directors, Investment Specialists, Investment Risk, Sales & Marketing and other stakeholders. Assisting with the project work to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the team Working flexibly and building collaboratively constructive and supportive working relationships with teams across M&G plc and suppliers Ensuring compliance of the people policies, Group Code of Conduct and embedding desired behaviors, including completion of any mandatory training requirements. Identify underlying issues and escalate issues, where appropriate.

Accountable for providing a quality service or product to customers and stakeholders, using skills/experience built through significant practical experience or training. Works within established frameworks and procedures, with the freedom to interpret them to solve a range of problems, and where possible identify synergies and efficiencies in process. Delivers outputs that are clearly defined, using discretion over how to achieve them. Makes suggestions for improvements to the work of the team, based on previous experience and knowledge of similar situations. Problem solving may be a key part of the role, but problems are concrete, likely to have been seen before and with precedent to help resolve them, unfamiliar problems are passed up to Manager. Networking with colleagues in team and peers in business area.

Skills & Experience:

Ideally an experienced performance analyst able to demonstrate Fixed Income Performance Measurement experience, preferably from an investment management environment. You must demonstrate a very high attention to detail and problem-solving ability in a deadline-driven environment. Systems and process testing experience will be an advantage. A quick learner with a good understanding of business processes. Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a pressured environment and ability to work well under pressure with colleagues from various areas of the business. A good team player but also able to work independently with own initiative and solutions driven.

Desirable Qualifications:

You should ideally be educated to a degree standard as a minimum (or equivalent) and it would be ideal to hold the following qualifications: IMC, CIPM or CFA. The role demands good Microsoft application skills, in particular: Excel, PowerBI, as well as good systems knowledge, like StatPro, FactSet and BRS Aladdin. Having coding skills such as VBA, Python and R will be an advantage
