FactSet is looking to fill the position of Analytics Sales Specialist for to help cover the Nordic region. Together with the local sales team, your main objective will be to contribute to the regional ASV growth target for Analytics within your sales region.
The Analytics Sales Specialist is responsible for driving the sales process for FactSet's Portfolio Analytics, Multi Asset Class Risk and Quant solutions to clients ranging from small regional organizations to large institutional asset managers and asset owners.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating and converting pipeline for these products across buy-side clients in the region. We also expect you to continue to help market these products internally within FactSet to other teams, build key relationships with decision makers at our clients, and provide impactful feedback on our products.

Key Success Factors for the Analytics Sales Specialist
  • Utilize your strong product knowledge, technical skills, and market knowledge to generate ASV for FactSet's Analytics & Trading (A&T) line
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to run A&T sales engagements
  • Articulate the features and benefits of FactSet Portfolio Analytics, Quant and Risk products, so that you can act as a partner for our clients
  • Develop tailored product demonstrations to highlight value add of analytics products to meet specific investment management needs.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of what our clients do so that you can position our solutions to them at various phases of an engagement to multiple stakeholders
  • Contribute innovative ideas that anticipate, and address client needs
  • Participate in new projects that drive A&T and firm-wide initiatives and goals
  • Seek out additional ways to make an impact, such as mentoring, involvement in training, running campaigns, and involvement in product enhancement

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Proven consultative sales skills, including competitive market research, lead generation, prospecting, business development and closing sales
  • Driven team player who is able to motivate others around him/her
  • Experience working with and supporting clients of the Analytics Product Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong working knowledge of financial markets
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
  • Willingness to travel
