The Location: London, UK

This is an entry level position at a fortune 500 company operating in the business intelligence space. The associate will field client concerns, diagnose issues and provide solutions. You will work across different divisions of the company providing you great insight into how S&P Global provides our clients with a world class product.

The Team: We're a global team that is dedicated to supporting and training our diverse clients on the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) solutions available on S&P Global Market Intelligence

  • Improve social skills while interacting with financial industry leaders
  • Develop comprehensive financial institutions industry knowledge

Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls, emails, and chats on a daily basis and will address questions related to how we capture, process, and display data
  • The associate will become an industry specialist and act as a resource for colleagues and clients across the globe.
  • Over time the associate will take on additional responsibilities including (but not limited to) leading weekly trainings and hosting/recording client training sessions
What We're Looking For:
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Finance and Accounting related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to help clients
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of products
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional relevant qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, PMP would be an advantage
