This role would report directly through to the COO and will be responsible for ensuring consistent operations of the business, partnering with the front office investment management team as well as the middle and back office teams to ensure seamless end to end delivery for their clients. As well as playing a key role in the strategy and management of the business, you will also be responsible for overseeing financial performance, tracking actual business performance against forecast expectations.

Other key responsiblities will include:
  • Work closely with Senior Management to suport and develop business strategy
  • First point of contact for governance and regulatory related issues
  • Involvement in Strategic Planning and Budgeting
  • Work closely with Product Managers and the Investments teams to develop new products
  • Responsible for any other ad hoc projects

In terms of experience, you will have:
  • At least seven years of experience working within a relevant environment (bank, consulting firm, accounting firm, buy side firm)
  • Highly numerate - a CFA, ACA, MBA qualification (or something very similar) would be highly preferable
  • An understanding of Investment Management with exposure to areas such as direct investments, secondaries, fund of funds, infrastructure or real estate investments would also be an advantage
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • An ability to work in a transaction driven environment
