My client is a leading European Investment Bank with headquarters in London.

Description

The key responsibilities of the position include:

• Involvement at all stages of the M&A/ECM process from marketing through to execution
• Assisting in the production of marketing materials
• Regular market updates
• Maintaining internal and external networks
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Valuations/modelling of transactions
• Industry and company research
• Undertaking viability analysis
• All stages of deal execution
• Liaising with clients and other third parties

Profile

The successful candidate for the position will have:

• A strong understanding of M&A transactions gained in another IBs M&A team, top tier boutiques will also be considered as well as Big 4 CF, TS or Debt Advisory
• PUI experience is preferred but not essential
• Outstanding valuations/modelling skills
• Strong execution skills
• A good academic history
• CFA qualification would be viewed favourably
• A second European language would be viewed favourably
