Please get in touch if you currently work in transactions advisory services, audit, or tax and are looking to move into equity research. Ideally you will have completed the ACA qualification in 2020, plus part I of the CFA.

Our client is a highly regarded long only asset manager which invests in global equities. They are looking add a new member to the team to work on company research, modelling and supporting senior analysts. The team is highly collaborative and investment decisions are made through debate and consensus. Performance has been outstanding and the fund has been growing consistently year on year. They have a quality growth bias and invest over the long term.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in investing and financial markets in general, and who is a confident debater but also happy to admit when they are wrong and act with humility. This person will be covering the financials sector (banks, asset managers, exchanges, insurance) so it would suit an individual coming from an audit background who had consulted for, for example, banking clients and understands how they "work". The successful candidate will be mentored by a very strong existing member of the team who is a specialist in the financials sector.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a relatively young but successful team, learn from hugely talented people, and develop a career on the buy-side.

Applicants should be well-read around investing and those who have managed their own PA will really stand out.

Please send your CV and we will respond to provide more details.
