The Brokers & Trading Venues Global Execution Specialist is responsible for delivering the documentation aimed at market players needs for regulatory compliant trading/investment services covering all stakeholders from pre to post trade. Our team has a uniquely global remit and gets involved across the entire spectrum from legacy voice brokerage to the most advanced Blockchain and AI models, including patents licensing for our clients including a premier Swiss financial institution. The Brokers & Trading Venues Global Execution Specialist will be client facing and needs to have an expert understanding of regulatory requirements in order to process client Rulebooks, Rate Cards and Membership agreements across all types of asset classes in a demanding revenue driven environment. The challenges include helping deliver revenue focused innovative financial products in a time critical environment. This senior role has an emphasis on market structure, with a new breed of clients ranging from Portfolio Managers to Algo-Traders and regulatory experts.

Your responsibilities:

Managerial

You will be expected to handle daily execution related requests for senior client stakeholders from Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Banking while also supporting them with their client's needs. This position requires experience in understanding the challenges a global team face in the ever changing regulatory framework.

The medium term offers managerial activities covering several financial institutions in this category.

Operational

Our major client is looking for an electronic and algorithmic trading compliance specialist to support their electronic trading business, including algorithmic trading across all Global Markets. You will be expected to have experience in US, European and APAC governance framework across all major asset classes.

This is a senior role suitable for someone with a hedge fund or trading background and you must have experience in RTS 6, RTS 27, 28 as well as Rule 13h1 and 15.c3.1.

Understanding of the appropriate execution platform is increasingly about scale, operational efficiency, technology, workflow and strong governance, which will be the responsibility of the Brokers & Trading Venues Global Execution Specialist.

Your profile:

• Master or Post Graduate MBA/Chartered Accountant degree with specialization in Finance
• Proven expertise in the Brokers & Trading Venues Execution Derivatives markets in global platforms/institutions.

• 10-15 years' of electronic/voice trading/investment experience in a financial institution
• Experience in regulatory framework applied to dealers/customers RFQ/streaming execution..
• Qualified track record in regulatory projects: EMIR, SEF, MiFID II, SFTR, DFA, Solvency II, BMR, etc... projects
• Deep understanding of Financial Derivatives execution processes including Legal & Compliance aspects
• Certification (CEFA, CFA level 2/3) in financial markets is a requirement
• Ability to work in a fast moving and multicultural environment
• Well experienced in creating concise communication for senior management
• Team- and service-oriented personality
• Proven problem solving ability and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interact with all levels of individuals in the business.
• Excellent organisational skills and experience of implementing change
