The role
The proposed role is wide-ranging but will be primarily focused on providing critical support to the ESG Officer and fund management team. The analyst will:
Qualifications / what we need
The successful applicant will have a passion for ESG investing, be ambitious, enthusiastic, flexible and eager to build on their existing skills and experience. In addition to a university degree, candidates will be able to demonstrate a high standard of literacy & numeracy and will have achieved or be seeking to achieve completion of the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing and CFA Charter qualifications.

The role
The proposed role is wide-ranging but will be primarily focused on providing critical support to the ESG Officer and fund management team. The analyst will:
- Attend and take meetings with investee company management
- Support Fund Managers with ESG & investment analysis of companies including writing investment & ESG notes
- Attend industry seminars & workshops around ESG development and improvement
- Take part in internal portfolio meetings to share ideas and insights and communicate analysis with colleagues
- Monitor improvement of ESG practices of portfolios
- Generate new ideas for potential inclusion in portfolios
- Support the production of fund reporting and investor presentations
