Description
Business Process Analyst Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sustainable Finance and Sustainable Finance Analyst on Lean Six Sigma analysis and improvements to a wide range of internal and analytical processes:
- Develop strong knowledge in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking and other approaches to process improvement and management within Financial Services
- Contribute to process innovation and design in line with business and customer needs, taking ownership of implementation and reporting for certain work streams;
- Gather, analyse and present qualitative and quantitative data, analyse policy and process documents, prepare ppt presentations, charts and graphs as well as written commentary
- Participate in transversal projects supporting the design and improvement of processes and tools for analytical and customer engagement;
- Support testing and prototyping initiatives of new tools and processes;
- Support development and delivery of trainings on new processes and solutions to process owners and analytical staff.
- Effectively communicate with a large number of internal stakeholders
Profile
Business Process Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline (e.g. environmental science, engineering, social sciences, economics, or international relations); graduate degree highly desirable
- relevant work experience e.g. in management consulting, business or process analysis and design (Lean Six Sigma) or quality management highly desirable
- Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills (demonstrated e.g. through coursework, CFA or equivalent, or relevant work experience)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
