Your team
The IB Credit Risk Control team is responsible for independently assessing transaction risks, for constructively challenging all diligence work and financial modelling produced by the front office and for monitoring and controlling all risks in the IB loan portfolio. The team serves as the firm's second line of defense and is charged with independently assessing all risks associated with the origination, distribution and retained portfolio of corporate and leveraged finance transactions. It is directly responsible for assigning risk ratings and for ensuring our analytical standards are in compliance with regulatory expectations.

Your expertise
You have:
- a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area of concentration and some level of formal credit training. No CFA required but level 1 or 2 would be viewed favorably
- strong knowledge of financial accounting concepts
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in a leveraged finance transaction environment
- solid credit skills
- computer proficiency required in Excel, Word; experience with Bloomberg, KMV is helpful;
- strong oral and written communication skills

- a strong collaborator and confident communicator
- open to learning numerous applications specific to the Risk function
