The key responsibilities of the position include:
- Working with Senior Bankers on M&A and Strategic Advisory mandates specific to the FIG sector
- Preparing marketing materials and pitch documents
- Analysing client's strategic options and financial impacts
- Due diligence
- Preparing recommendations and valuations
- Financial and market research
- Project management
Profile
The successful candidate for the position will have:
- Experience at Analyst or Associate level with an Investment Bank or Boutique in the FIG or Technology sectors. Outstanding candidates from Big 4 M&A teams may be considered
- Will have strong modelling skills and be proficient in Excel
- Good commercial awareness
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- A strong academic history and further qualifications such as CFA/MBA/ACA will be viewed favourably
